Job Summary

Design and implement secure-by-design security architecture for AI/ML systems across the full lifecycle—from data, training, evaluation, and deployment to production monitoring. Lead agent security with non-human identity RBAC/least privilege, guardrails/sandboxing, and input/output protections against prompt attacks and sensitive data leakage. Build observability and decision traceability, automate SOC monitoring and incident playbooks, and align AI controls to NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM Top 10, and GDPR. Serve as technical mentor and architecture authority.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain AI security reference architectures for multiple AI deployment patterns, including MCP/agentic AI and LLM stacks (RAG, tools/plugins, agents, orchestration).
•Establish and evolve security requirements, patterns, and guardrails across the AI/ML SDLC (design → build → run), including secure pipelines and platform controls.
•Implement agent security controls: non-human identity access control (RBAC/least privilege), guardrails/sandboxing, and input/output protection against adversarial and prompt attacks.
•Architect observability and monitoring for AI agents, including decision traceability, model drift/integrity monitoring, and telemetry/metrics standards.
•Design SOC monitoring and automation and build incident response playbooks for AI-specific events; ensure regulatory alignment and audit readiness through compliance mapping and audit pipelines.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience designing and implementing security architecture for AI/ML systems.
•Hands-on expertise securing AI/ML lifecycle stages (data, training, evaluation, deployment, and production monitoring).
•Ability to lead and mentor engineers day-to-day through architecture standards, reviews, and delivery.
•Proficiency in agent security concepts such as non-human identity access control and least-privilege models (e.g., RBAC).
•Experience with AI security observability, SOC monitoring/automation, and compliance/governance enablement.
