Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of the site EHS strategy and promote a strong safety culture across manufacturing operations.
  • •Maintain, implement, and continuously improve ISO 14001 EMS and ISO 45001 OHSMS; act as an internal auditor and support Management Representative (MR) responsibilities.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and manage environmental permits, monitoring programs, emissions, wastewater treatment, and scheduled waste requirements.
  • •Lead Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC), incident investigations, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Implement Permit-to-Work systems (Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, LOTO, Work at Height), support process safety initiatives (PSM/MOC), and drive contractor safety and emergency preparedness/response.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience in a Technical EHS/OSH role within a multinational manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing.
  • •Registered with DOSH as a Competent Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with a valid Green Book.
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA 2022 and related regulatory requirements.
  • •Experience with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 management systems and auditing (Lead Auditor certification preferred).
