Key Responsibilities

  • •Define Stripe’s global executive advisory strategy, including purpose, audience, operating model, and the relationship between global, regional, segment, and emerging programs.
  • •Own and evolve the global Customer Advisory Board, covering member strategy and recruitment, executive engagement, agenda development, meeting delivery, and year-round programming.
  • •Create a repeatable playbook that enables regional and segment teams to build advisory councils with consistent quality and connection to the broader program.
  • •Identify, launch, and incubate new executive advisory programs aligned to emerging customer needs and Stripe priorities.
  • •Partner across Product and Product Marketing to select strategic topics, translate customer priorities into discussions, and route insights to teams that can act.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years building and leading executive advisory boards, councils, or comparable programs for a global business, including strategy and operating the program end-to-end from recruitment through follow-up.
  • •Ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and credibly represent an organization in executive settings.
  • •Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and defining clear responsibilities across teams with overlapping remits.
  • •Ability to understand technical products and concepts, connect executive feedback to customer and business priorities, and translate insights into action.
  • •Experience designing and delivering high-touch executive events with strong member experience, content/logistics, and follow-through.
