Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash end to end by running AP and AR as processes, improving cycle times and accuracy.
  • •Lead finance tech stack development, including onboarding expense management and bill pay, integrating agentic procurement, and automating AR.
  • •Control company spend by managing corporate cards and the expense program, and reviewing employee and company spending against policy.
  • •Keep the general ledger clean across both entities by accurately reflecting financial information in compliance with applicable GAAP standards.
  • •Own reconciliations and reporting, including balance sheet and asset reconciliations (bank transactions and onchain wallet activity) and month-end close support.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified accountant with 3–5 years across public and industry experience, including accounting, financial management, and financial reporting.
  • •Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • •Experience with Xero or a comparable platform such as QuickBooks, with hands-on systems building and integrations.
  • •Comfort leading tooling projects involving AI and agentic systems within an evolving accounting stack.
  • •Familiarity with blockchain and reconciling wallet activity alongside bank statements.
