Lead BIM implementation and digital delivery across multidisciplinary building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with client BIM mandates and ISO 19650. Own BIM governance, coordination, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle, managing execution planning, model coordination, clash detection, and CDE workflows. Drive QA/QC, automation using Dynamo, and dashboarding with Power BI, while mentoring BIM/digital delivery team members and serving as the primary BIM interface with clients and consultants.
