Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the SME Mobile (MOB) and Online (MOL) product roadmap, backlog, delivery, operational performance, and continuous improvement across UAE, Egypt, and Pakistan.
  • •Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: product discovery, defining requirements/epics/features/user stories, delivering with Agile squads, managing releases, and optimizing live services.
  • •Drive global SME platform governance by ensuring consistent customer journeys, design standards, and reusable platform capabilities; minimize duplication.
  • •Collaborate with Mobile Platform product teams to represent SME needs in global roadmaps and define new SME capabilities when required.
  • •Lead and develop direct reports (including proxy product owners and squad resources), coaching and building high-performing, customer-focused delivery teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8-12+ years’ experience in digital banking, product management, or financial services technology, owning digital products from strategy through delivery and operation.
  • •Proven track record delivering mobile and/or online banking solutions and managing Agile squads and delivery teams.
  • •Strong understanding of customer journey management and digital servicing, with data-driven decision-making for KPIs and outcomes.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional delivery across engineering, architecture, design, operations, and risk/compliance stakeholders, balancing competing priorities.
  • •Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, computer science or related fields; MBA or master’s preferred; Agile product management certifications desirable.
