Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as Patent Project Manager in development projects, coordinating with multiple business units.
  • •Develop and support innovation and patent strategies for new projects, building solid business cases.
  • •Map technology and patent landscapes to guide innovation direction and competitive advantage.
  • •Perform initial Freedom-to-Operate analyses to guide project viability and risk mitigation.
  • •Capture ideas from development projects and manage IP protection and freedom-to-operate processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years experience managing patent strategies and patent project management.
  • •Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
  • •IP education or experience in intellectual property.
  • •Native or excellent proficiency in Thai and English.
  • •Strong communication and project management skills, able to liaise between Global IP, Innovation, external patent attorneys, and business units.
