  • •Ensure facility maintenance and OEM/brand compliance; manage facilities vendors and coordinate preventive maintenance and capital projects.
  • •Recruit, hire, and retain up to 50 associates and managers; run training/certification and deliver feedback/mentorship while sponsoring Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
