Key Requirements

  • •Associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field.
  • •Five years of insurance claims investigative experience (including TCR1, TCR2, CU, PIP technical and/or PIP litigation desk experience), professional investigation experience with law enforcement agencies, or seven years of professional investigation experience involving economic or insurance-related matters.
  • •Experience taking in-person or phone statements and handling investigations in a way that supports customer satisfaction.
  • •Ability to gather evidence and draw conclusions for applicable fraud investigations.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license; maintain professional appearance and document files clearly and concisely.
