Key Responsibilities

  • •Refine selected design options into schematic and draft final designs, including required drawings and reports.
  • •Coordinate design requirements across disciplines (e.g., structural, mechanical, water & environment) throughout schematic and detailed stages.
  • •Review design deliverables with senior teams, implement design revisions, and support value engineering activities.
  • •Support client and authority submissions by validating deliverables, capturing feedback, and obtaining approvals.
  • •Contribute to tender documents (specifications and Bills of Quantities) and help implement quality control and peer review processes.
