Picking Manager - 2nd Shift

Supervise and develop a picking team on the 2nd shift, leading hiring, training, and day-to-day performance. Coordinate picking and outbound shipping to ensure accuracy and timeliness with product and paperwork, while keeping warehouse space clean, orderly, and secure. Partner with shipping under the Shift Manager to maintain inventory integrity and quality, uphold safety standards, and report issues to branch management.
