Own residential analytics that enable data-driven decisions across sales, marketing, pricing, and channel performance. Build and maintain dashboards and reports on pipeline health, analyze the sales funnel to spot trends and opportunities, and track performance by project, product type, broker/channel, and buyer segment. Conduct benchmarking and desktop research on comparable projects and markets, then translate findings into executive-ready recommendations to improve sales performance, forecasting, and commercial outcomes.
