Key Responsibilities

  • •Set technical direction and make architecture/tradeoff decisions for Code Plane products used by developers and agents.
  • •Drive the roadmap from issue to shipped, keeping the team unblocked and sequencing work across multiple product surfaces.
  • •Own and strengthen team practices for design, review, testing, and delivery reliability.
  • •Build and ship critical pieces of Agentic Batch Changes and take an end-to-end slice of the service.
  • •Mentor teammates, join the on-call rotation, and communicate roadmap and decisions clearly with stakeholders.

Salary: USD 144,000 - 192,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong technical leadership.
  • •Fluency across backend and frontend: Go, TypeScript, SvelteKit, React, GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • •Experience shipping for the agent ecosystem, including eval-driven improvements and clear understanding of where agents fail.
  • •Proven experience building end-user product features, ideally developer tools/CLIs or agent/AI products.
  • •Hands-on experience using coding agents (Amp, Claude Code, Cursor or similar) with strong opinions on human+agent workflow design.
