Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage relationships with finance leaders, product managers, engineering managers, and partners to understand and translate business requirements and influence cross-team priorities.
  • •Proactively identify process gaps, inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and risks in current processes.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery as functional lead for new builds, system configurations, and implementations, proposing scalable solutions across financial system modules.
  • •Fully manage medium-to-large projects independently, using domain knowledge (functional and/or technical) to make independent design decisions.
  • •Disseminate information about work, design, and tradeoff decisions clearly in writing and verbally.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth enterprise software experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite, ideally as a systems analyst.
  • •Strong understanding of business flows, including Procure to Pay (P2P) and other financial data, with clarity in thought.
  • •Experience working with engineers, product managers, and product owners, including integration understanding across systems.
  • •Functional knowledge in one or more areas such as P2P, accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting (or related field), or equivalent experience; experience with XML and document transformations is an advantage.
