Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and evaluate emerging ML/AI and edge-computing opportunities, conceptualizing and validating prototypes quickly.
  • •Build and architect real solution prototypes (including coding, validation, and documentation) to demonstrate customer value.
  • •Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to turn validated ideas into production-ready features.
  • •Engage customers and partners for co-innovation, translate technical concepts for executives, and build reference/lighthouse accounts.
  • •Influence product roadmaps and participate in standards bodies and open-source to shape industry direction, while evangelizing innovation strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record of taking GenAI and multi-agent solutions from ideation to productization in a large corporation or startup.
  • •Proven experience building engineering teams for GenAI and multi-agent solutions.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex AI and data-centric projects beyond the networking market.
  • •Fluency in at least one programming language, with Python, Java, or Go preferred.
  • •Deep knowledge of ML/AI principles plus practical applications in enterprise systems, including edge computing, distributed systems, and cloud networking architectures.
