Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in semiconductor power definition, estimation, and optimization for complex SoCs or high-performance IPs.
  • •Hands-on power analysis and sign-off with EDA tools such as Synopsys Pt-PX/PrimePower, Ansys RedHawk, Cadence Joules, or PowerArtist.
  • •Deep low-power design knowledge including UPF/CPF, CMOS device physics, and power reduction techniques.
  • •Ability to leverage AI-assisted coding to generate, debug, and optimize scripts (Python, Tcl, Perl) for workflow automation and data parsing.
  • •Bachelor’s (plus 8 years) or Master’s (plus 6 years) in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, with communication skills for power trade-offs.
