Job Summary

Joining HSBC GPS in Client Implementation, you’ll manage end-to-end governance of payments and liquidity projects for existing bank clients. You will coordinate product fulfillment, maintain strong client relationships, lead simple ETD projects, and collaborate across regions to ensure timely, accurate delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.

Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support on maintenances required for existing bank client base, utilizing knowledge of SME Payments, Liquidity, ERP, and Regulatory Solutions.
•Coordinate Product and Channel fulfilment by ensuring that products and services are delivered in accordance with the scope outlined in the Statement of Work.
•Support proactive project management methodologies and organizational design to assist in managing multiple client projects efficiently.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple regions, under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
•Own client communication throughout the full project lifecycle and beyond on simple ETD projects; assist in communication for complex ETD projects.

Key Requirements

•Experience in building effective client relationships and stakeholder management.
•Ability to own end-to-end project management on simple ETD projects.
•Detailed knowledge of GPS Products and Services.
•Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation creation and validation processes.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to learn and grow within the role.
