Senior Electrical Engineer joining WSP India to lead building design and supervision projects, coordinate disciplines, manage quality assurance, and direct project teams to meet time and quality targets for complex infrastructure and building projects.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Review technical submittals such as shop drawings, material submittals and method statements for HVAC and fire fighting works, coordinating with all disciplines and regulatory requirements.
•Respond to contractor RFIs related to discipline works and ensure design constructability.
•Coordinate with Structural/Architectural/ID/Electrical/ELV disciplines for integrated designs.
•Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations (CIBSE/ASHRAE, NFPA, UAE/KSA/Qatar local codes).
•Review handing over documents (O&M, Warranty) and report issues to the project lead.

Key Requirements

•MTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
•Familiar with BS and American standards; strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
•Electrical Design: circuit design, schematics, CAD software
•Power Systems: high voltage, power distribution, load calculations
•Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEC)
