Key Responsibilities

•Own the day-to-day insurance servicing and renewals for a portfolio of captive clients, ensuring deadlines are met
•Review insurance-related matters for client Board and Committee meeting packs and communicate topics at Board and Underwriting Committee meetings
•Draft and review meeting minutes and contract wordings to ensure insurance programmes are fit for purpose and compliant with regulatory requirements
•Develop strong working relationships with clients, regulators, insurers and brokers, keeping clients informed of developments in markets
•Collaborate with the Client Services Director/Client Executive and wider team to achieve AIM and client goals, supporting budgets and ad hoc projects

Key Requirements

•ACII qualification (or working towards) with strong technical knowledge of the insurance and reinsurance industry
•Confirmed general insurance experience; previous experience within captive insurance is desirable
•Strong client service focus with ability to build and maintain relationships with senior partners
•Competent user of Excel and comfortable working with insurance and claims data, including management accounts inputs
•Experience in staff supervision or people development; proactive coaching of colleagues
