Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Wealth Relationship Manager for the banking portion of the assigned portfolio.
  • •Be a client point of contact when the Wealth Relationship Manager is absent, including answering calls, resolving enquiries, and facilitating hand-offs.
  • •Provide sales support to licensed sales staff by preparing/completing sales documents, managing data input, generating/analyzing sales reports, and entering orders/opening accounts.
  • •Assist Wealth Center team activities and support clients with their day-to-day banking needs through servicing.
  • •Open and close the Wealth Center and review/approve day-to-day banking transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of the brokerage and banking industry, including trading opportunities and banking/brokerage products.
  • •Experience working in the financial services industry.
  • •Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills (mandatory).
  • •Spanish proficiency (mandatory).
  • •Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering practices and relevant US regulatory governance; Series 7, 63, and Life and Health insurance licenses required.
