Own the enterprise product vision and roadmap, balancing the needs of large law firms with company goals. •Define and drive the enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap for large, sophisticated customers.
•Collaborate with engineering and design to build and scale enterprise features such as admin controls, permissions, workflows, data residency, and integrations.
•Develop enterprise buyer and user persona understanding and translate needs into product decisions.
•Partner with enterprise sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, and customer success to support deal cycles, onboarding, and account expansion.
•Define enterprise success metrics (adoption, retention, expansion revenue, time-to-value) and continuously refine the roadmap using data and feedback loops.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on enterprise or B2B SaaS products.
•Proven track record building enterprise-grade capabilities and compliance (e.g., SSO/SAML, data residency, role-based access controls, audit logging, or enterprise API integrations).
•Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles and partnering with sales/solutions teams to influence deals through product strategy.
•Deep understanding of enterprise procurement, security, and compliance requirements and how they shape product development.
•Excellent communication skills to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders, enterprise buyers, and technical teams.
