Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the senior-most field representative, building alignment across internal teams and government stakeholders to meet account requirements and advance strategic initiatives.
  • •Translate customer needs and product adoption into renewals, expansion, and growth outcomes, including pursuing upsell opportunities that increase customer value and revenue.
  • •Communicate user needs to the product team, share new capabilities with customers, and support adoption of existing workflows.
  • •Direct resourcing and strategic goals for a team of Partner Engagement Managers, balancing account complexity and renewal timelines.
  • •Coordinate with other Operations Managers to keep planning and workflows synchronized across commands and ensure delivery of the customer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Current Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI.
  • •Experience with large-scale staff planning through Professional Education and/or military service, with demonstrated ability to operate effectively with senior leaders and C-suite executives.
  • •Familiarity with major planning exercises and protocols for software deployment on classified networks.
  • •Proven ability to expand business presence in a region with emphasis on software or technology solutions.
  • •Experience in customer support (face-to-face and remote), including responding to incidents and coordinating with customers and product engineering teams.
