Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out risk assessments and safety audits, and advise on wellbeing, occupational safety, ergonomics, and health.
  • •Draw up and maintain prevention plans and annual action plans, supporting legal obligations and compliance.
  • •Investigate workplace accidents and propose improvements.
  • •Coordinate safety during design and implementation phases, including creating and managing health and safety plans and chairing coordination meetings.
  • •Conduct site visits and safety inspections, advise clients/designers/contractors, prepare post-incident reports, and contribute to safe execution of complex construction projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Certified as a Prevention Adviser (Level 1 or Level 2).
  • •Certified as a Safety Coordinator (minimum Level B) with several years of relevant professional experience.
  • •Experience in industrial, construction, infrastructure and/or consultancy environments.
  • •Strong technical expertise plus excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a valuable asset.
