Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, track, and prioritise service requirements for new and changed services through completion.
  • •Partner during the design phase to consult on supportability, reliability, and operational readiness.
  • •Consult on service level objectives and facilitate governance on standards and technicalities using relevant tooling.
  • •Map end-to-end dependencies, failure points, and operational impact of new/changed services.
  • •Act as a Change Manager for assigned intents, providing final sign off for production deployment and advising on go-no go decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong influencing and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • •Experience implementing into a live IT infrastructure environment.
  • •A strong Service/Support Readiness track record in a tech service environment.
  • •Basic knowledge of modern application and infrastructure technologies, plus entry-level understanding of AWS Cloud principles.
  • •ITIL Foundation V4/V5 level accreditation (or equivalent), and experience using Agile Project Management methods.
