Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide bottle and wine service, recognizing guests and delivering excellent service throughout the shift.
  • •Upsell beverages and menu items, answer questions, and make drink recommendations.
  • •Take orders and communicate drink orders to the bar using the Point of Sales system.
  • •Maintain sanitation and safety standards, including clearing tables and handling spills and trash.
  • •Check IDs as required, refuse further service to intoxicated guests, and process comp/void checks per policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 2 years serving in an upscale dining and nightlife venue.

  • •Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently with an upbeat, friendly attitude and anticipate guests’ needs.
