Partner with senior Technology and Data leaders to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business priorities. Use workforce data, organisational insights, and market trends to drive measurable impact, coaching leaders on capability, performance, talent, and engagement. Lead organisational design and transformation, champion proactive people partnering, and improve People processes by simplifying workflows and embracing AI and automation. Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning, People Operations, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver people plans with Technology and Data leaders aligned to business priorities using workforce data and organisational insights.
•Coach and influence leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, performance, talent, and employee engagement.
•Lead and support organisational design, restructures, and business transformation initiatives, including collective consultation where appropriate, in line with employment legislation.
•Identify opportunities through employee health metrics, engagement insights, workforce data, and industry trends to prevent issues before they arise.
•Drive continuous improvement across the People function by simplifying processes and embracing AI and automation to increase efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 70,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Significant experience as a People Partner supporting Technology, Engineering or Data organisations, partnering with Director-level leaders to deliver strategic people outcomes.
•Experience leading or supporting organisational change, including organisational design, restructures, change management, and ideally collective consultation.
•A proactive, commercially minded approach using people data and workforce insights to shape people strategies and influence decisions.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to coach, challenge, and influence senior leaders across different audiences.
•A generalist People partnering background including employee relations and employment law, balancing operational priorities with strategic partnering.
