Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver people plans with Technology and Data leaders aligned to business priorities using workforce data and organisational insights.
  • •Coach and influence leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, performance, talent, and employee engagement.
  • •Lead and support organisational design, restructures, and business transformation initiatives, including collective consultation where appropriate, in line with employment legislation.
  • •Identify opportunities through employee health metrics, engagement insights, workforce data, and industry trends to prevent issues before they arise.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across the People function by simplifying processes and embracing AI and automation to increase efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience as a People Partner supporting Technology, Engineering or Data organisations, partnering with Director-level leaders to deliver strategic people outcomes.
  • •Experience leading or supporting organisational change, including organisational design, restructures, change management, and ideally collective consultation.
  • •A proactive, commercially minded approach using people data and workforce insights to shape people strategies and influence decisions.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence to coach, challenge, and influence senior leaders across different audiences.
  • •A generalist People partnering background including employee relations and employment law, balancing operational priorities with strategic partnering.
