Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, delivering a high-quality offboarding experience.
  • •Advise clients on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings and negotiations in separations and settlements, guiding terminations and delivering outcomes.
  • •Handle offboarding and termination documentation, maintaining employee records with strict privacy and confidentiality requirements.
  • •Provide first-level employee relations support—assessing concerns, supporting progressive discipline/documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring cases through follow-up and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply employment/industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research, and communicate recommendations in ambiguous environments.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Advanced written and spoken English proficiency, with strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills with confidentiality.
