Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Lead Smithfield’s production operations on the 2nd shift by overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing process, including yields, real-time adjustments, and meeting safety and USDA health standards. Guide and motivate hourly production employees to hit quality and production targets, conduct safety inspections and audits, and ensure compliance with HACCP and USDA regulations. Track performance metrics, improve workflows to minimize downtime and costs, and manage routine equipment and facility maintenance.
