Job Summary

Lead and direct airport operations at a management and shift level, overseeing passenger and aircraft handling to ensure on-time performance, customer service, quality, safety, and security. Manage safety and security outcomes through promotion, hazard identification, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring. Coordinate VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special-category guest requirements, and maintain emergency and disruption response plans while serving as Local Security Contact Officer.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a management and shift basis, ensuring compliance with checklists, brand requirements, policies/procedures, and regulatory requirements.
•Participate in daily operations by working shifts including weekends and/or public holidays as required.
•Manage safety and security outcomes through safety/security promotion, hazard identification and risk assessment, and safety/security/compliance monitoring and reporting.
•Ensure flight editing and special guest requirements are met, including assessment, planning, and coordination for VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special categories of guests.
•Deliver, maintain, and rehearse station emergency response and disruption plans, including diversion/delay handling and business continuity; also act as Local Security Contact Officer.

Key Requirements

•Degree level education desirable (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience, with demonstrable leadership, project management, and business solutions skills.
•Minimum 7-9 years relevant experience in a leadership or senior management capacity with exposure to global business best practice.
•Experience in a highly pressured, multicultural management/supervisory shift environment.
•Proven ability to lead and drive results and communicate internally and externally on a large scale across multiple channels.
•Previous regional or international exposure is highly advantageous.
