Partner with product leadership to transform how a product organization plans, prioritizes, and executes with AI at the center. You’ll establish scalable operating rhythms and leadership forums, lead large cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics, and drive change management as planning strategies evolve. Through structured problem-solving and systems thinking, you’ll create clarity for ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives and align senior stakeholders without formal authority.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead annual and ongoing continuous planning for the Product organization to influence operating rhythms for strategic alignment.
•Design scalable how-the-Product-org-operates mechanisms, including leadership forums, decision-making processes, and cross-functional operating rhythms.
•Lead large, strategic cross-functional programs spanning Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to resolve high-level issues with minimal guidance.
•Set strategy and processes behind key Product operations programs (e.g., onboarding, communications, team rituals) so they scale with the organization.
•Lead large-scale change management programs and drive strategic discussions with senior leaders to secure buy-in and alignment.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management within high-growth technology environments.
•Deep experience partnering with Product and/or Design organizations and fluency in how product teams plan, prioritize, and deliver work.
•A track record leading large, strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives influencing senior leaders without formal authority.
•Experience building scalable processes and planning systems that improve organizational decision-making and execution.
•Proven ability to create structure and clarity out of ambiguity using structured problem-solving and systems thinking, plus experience with modern planning approaches (e.g., Continuous Planning, Linear).
