Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of 34 people (5 direct reports), supporting performance management, succession planning, and continuous skill development.
  • •Ensure smooth order fulfilment and OTIF performance by coordinating with production, sales, and customer service while proactively communicating with customers and suppliers.
  • •Drive strategic sourcing and monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely availability of raw materials and services and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • •Manage forecasting, S&OP, and production planning to align demand, capacity, and supply, while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • •Oversee warehousing and distribution efficiency, optimize transportation flows, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, CI, simplification).

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience in full end-to-end supply chain roles, including complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • •Proven people-management experience with a modern, coaching-oriented leadership style.
  • •Fluency in Portuguese and professional-level English.
  • •Strong data-analysis capability using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel.
  • •Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving decision-making skills.
