Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for Amcor’s Seixezelo plant, ensuring reliable order fulfilment and OTIF performance. Reporting to the Plant General Manager with a dotted-line connection to the Business Unit Supply Chain Manager, you will manage a team of 34 people (5 direct reports) and partner with Production, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Group Supply Chain to drive procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, distribution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of 34 people (5 direct reports), supporting performance management, succession planning, and continuous skill development.
•Ensure smooth order fulfilment and OTIF performance by coordinating with production, sales, and customer service while proactively communicating with customers and suppliers.
•Drive strategic sourcing and monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely availability of raw materials and services and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
•Manage forecasting, S&OP, and production planning to align demand, capacity, and supply, while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
•Oversee warehousing and distribution efficiency, optimize transportation flows, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, CI, simplification).

Key Requirements

•8+ years’ experience in full end-to-end supply chain roles, including complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
•Proven people-management experience with a modern, coaching-oriented leadership style.
•Fluency in Portuguese and professional-level English.
•Strong data-analysis capability using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) and Excel.
•Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving decision-making skills.
