Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect complex robotic and electromechanical systems from concept through high-volume production with micron-level accuracy.
  • •Design and develop robust control software to program robotic and controls equipment per project specifications.
  • •Architect and implement HMI and SCADA strategies for monitoring real-time production data and repeatable process control.
  • •Drive hands-on prototyping and integration, including control cabinet wiring and sensor/actuator integration, supported by iterative testing.
  • •Lead end-to-end project lifecycle activities including FRS generation, managing automation equipment providers, and overseeing FAT/SAT.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years experience in high-volume, precision manufacturing, automation, or robotics, owning full lifecycle programs from concept to production deployment.
  • •B.S./M.S. or Ph.D. in Mechatronics, Electrical, Robotics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Substantial PLC programming and SCADA experience (e.g., Ignition, Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
  • •Robot programming and offline simulation experience (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
  • •Strong backend programming skills (C++/Python) plus deep knowledge of robotic kinematics, motion control, and simulation with hardware/software interfaces (e.g., EtherCAT, Profinet, CANopen).
