Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex nuclear waste management projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • •Provide technical leadership in nuclear waste management, including waste characterisation, treatment, storage, and disposal.
  • •Develop and implement waste management strategies, plans, and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
  • •Conduct and oversee technical assessments, risk evaluations, and feasibility studies to support project decision-making.
  • •Act as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum HNC qualification, preferably with a relevant science or engineering degree
  • •Extensive relevant experience with strong technical knowledge and leadership capability
  • •Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality client outcomes
  • •Strong understanding of engineering design principles and their application in complex project environments
  • •Experience in technical governance, risk assessment, project cost control, and client liaison
