Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business and technical leadership to recommend how to create, access, and use data assets to maximize value.
  • •Analyze and optimize data models for performance, scalability, and cost effectiveness in cloud environments, defining standards for data lifecycle management, data keying strategy, and data obfuscation strategy.
  • •Monitor and assess change impacts to the data ecosystem and mitigate negative effects on data architecture usage.
  • •Develop and manage data blueprints and information models (conceptual, logical, physical, relational, dimensional, data vault, message models) and provide future-state views of the data landscape.
  • •Support data governance process development and help improve business performance through enterprise information solutions such as MDM, metadata management, analytics, content management, and data integration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Data Management, Data Science (or equivalent experience), with a Master’s degree preferred.
  • •6+ years of experience in IT or a related field, including at least 5 years in information system design.
  • •4+ years of experience in data management, data modeling, data warehousing, and emerging data integration technologies.
  • •2+ years building and designing distributed management and analytics in cloud/hybrid environments, including Databricks Lakehouse Architecture and Delta Lake, using tools such as Erwin or SqlDBM.
  • •Experience in data analysis using PySpark, SQL, and Python (preferred).
