Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct final interviews for key positions and use the online applicant tracking system to source, select, and hire candidates.
  • •Manage training and onboarding functions, and in partnership with Store Director and Education partners, develop and execute the store’s ongoing training strategy.
  • •Create weekly schedules, approve time-off requests, and manage payroll to ensure accurate, timely payment aligned to guidelines.
  • •Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports and oversee store-wide performance management, including timely feedback and follow-up.
  • •Oversee store operations execution to company standards, including inventory management (shipping, receiving, returns, tester/supply control) and cycle counts.
