Supervise and coordinate daily cargo operations and load planning activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant cargo movement across the network. Lead a team of cargo planners by managing rosters, coaching performance, and releasing accurate load plans to ground handling agents. Monitor EDI messaging accuracy, handle critical system updates, optimize belly space utilization, and manage operational backlogs and documentation while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
