Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage rewards activities including salary reviews, market benchmarking, and pay equity analysis across Singapore and the SEAO region.
  • •Prepare salary package proposals and support compensation reviews across SEAO markets.
  • •Administer annual rewards processes and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
  • •Create and deliver employee communications on benefits, compensation, and total rewards value; design and implement new reward and benefit initiatives.
  • •Manage C&B Workday modules, analyze C&B data to improve processes and operational efficiency, and support regional Total Rewards projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, with regional or multinational C&B experience preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, regulations and compliance requirements, and market trends.
  • •Hands-on experience with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and annual rewards processes.
  • •Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with high integrity for confidential information.
