Job Summary

Lead the HR Business Partner function for Ticketmaster’s client group in India, partnering with business leaders to shape and implement people strategies. Drive talent management across organization/role design, workforce planning, leadership development, onboarding, and employee engagement. Oversee employee relations investigations, performance improvement plans, and compliance with labor and employment laws. Manage and coach the HRBP team, using people data and Workday to improve HR services and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business leads to direct talent management, organization/role design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
•Lead HR partnerships across compensation, performance management systems, employee experience, job descriptions/job analysis, and equity initiatives.
•Oversee employee relations matters, including investigations, performance improvement plans, and complex terminations as needed.
•Serve as primary point of contact for HR policy and people queries for assigned client groups; provide HR direction to senior leaders.
•Coordinate/manage the HRBP team’s day-to-day operations, coaching more junior team members and supporting HR strategy input.

Key Requirements

•HR certification or extensive experience, with a proven track record in an HRBP capacity and a senior HR position.
•Experience working in a large organization and in a multinational organization.
•Experience overseeing talent management systems and processes, including organization and workforce planning.
•Experience handling complex employee relations cases and overseeing performance improvement plans.
•Solid understanding of Indian employment legislation and excellent written and verbal communication in English.
