Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute services and catering/event requests according to detailed schedules and timelines to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • •Support setup, execution, and breakdown of services/events, keeping workstations and surrounding areas safe, organized, and ready.
  • •Collaborate with a team to meet time and quality standards while working with urgency.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and food service areas, including daily record keeping and opening/closing checklists.
  • •Serve guests professionally, communicate operational expectations, address guest concerns, and follow food safety/sanitation and safety guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •4+ years of food service experience in a customer service role.
  • •Must be able to work all shifts and be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • •Must have or obtain an FL Food Handlers card and safe alcohol service certification (training provided internally as needed).
  • •Able to safely perform the physical requirements of the job listed in the job description.
