Job Summary

Drive Mastercard’s corporate business growth in Hong Kong across B2B, Travel & Entertainment, supplier payments, and embedded finance partnerships. Build and manage corporate sales pipelines with FI stakeholders, support deal process and pipeline reporting, and ensure seamless post-deal activation, onboarding, and enablement. Enable product adoption through training and internal marketing, analyze account performance to identify opportunities, and support direct business development via prospecting, cold calls, and events.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive corporate sales by building corporate pipeline with FI sales, supporting deal process, and building pipeline reporting in partnership with FI credit teams.
•Drive corporate activation by partnering with FI teams to ensure seamless post-deal activation, including corporate onboarding and initial Mastercard solution enablement.
•Enable product adoption through training, education on product usage, and internal marketing efforts to support utilization across corporate clients.
•Monitor performance and identify opportunities by analyzing top corporate accounts to surface risks and improvement opportunities, sharing client feedback with product teams.
•Support direct business development via cold calls, direct marketing, and prospecting/contacting and supporting contracting with new customers through meetings, events, and conferences.

Key Requirements

•Thorough knowledge of the payments industry and strong knowledge of Commercial Payments Products, with familiarity with the Hong Kong cards market.
•Strong analytic skills, including complicated problem solving and prioritization.
•Strong communication and presentation skills.
•Strong project management skills.
•Ability to work in a matrix environment with strong interpersonal skills across diverse internal and external audiences.
