Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead small/medium sized projects and provide input to Lead Engineers/Engineering Managers on larger projects.
  • •Plan engineering tasks, coordinate internal functions, and generate engineering management plans.
  • •Engage with customers to ensure solutions meet expectations and communicate expectations internally.
  • •Plan and present engineering design gate reviews and coordinate internal functions (e.g., airworthiness, safety) to meet delivery milestones.
  • •Execute system lifecycle activities (requirements management, validation, systems design, development, integration, verification and qualification) and manage engineering change with traceability.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a relevant subject; alternatively an HNC or apprenticeship with sufficient experience.
  • •5+ years of engineering experience.
  • •Experience across the engineering lifecycle and participating in design reviews.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • •Comfortable presenting technical content and writing technical reports.
