Build and foster trusted relationships with customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process customer/account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to their goals. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking and digital self-service offerings, open and service accounts, submit credit applications, and help ensure an accurate, consistently optimal client experience.
