Drive store sales goals by delivering an authentic ALO guest experience through genuine connection, product education, and sharing community and culture. Lead and exceed sales targets using ALO’s Flow initiatives, maintain strong sales floor coverage, and build client relationships daily. Support daily operations such as shipment processing, merchandising, and executing front- and back-of-house procedures while ensuring a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
