Key Responsibilities

  • •Take overall responsibility for delivering the product to production, including requirements generation, hardware/firmware inputs, documentation, regulatory testing, and Agile release requirements.
  • •Develop, publish, and meet schedules while keeping stakeholders informed of product status.
  • •Manage the suppliers’ product development process (ODM, chip vendor, and SW suppliers), including reviewing and optimizing tasks with the ODM.
  • •Manage product verification testing for features and performance, coordinating compatibility/testing/verification issues with QA and support teams.
  • •Manage customer qualification and standard body compliance, provide documentation inputs, resolve 3rd-level technical escalations, and work with sale engineers to deliver customer solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in CS or EE with at least 7 years’ experience in networking-related product development or management.
  • •In-depth domain knowledge of Layer2 switching, Layer3 IP networking, and Wireless 802.11.
  • •Engineering background with significant hands-on HW design and review experience for product development.
  • •Strong understanding of the product development cycle and SQA processes, including test-driven development and issue tracking/resolution.
  • •Effective organization, project management, and coordination skills with strong communication in English and Mandarin.
