Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for RHB machine processing systems within process guidelines and daily production requirements.
  • •Work with the shift team to maximize production and provide general direction to packer and/or utility employees.
  • •Ensure product quality meets customer specifications by reviewing daily performance and meeting efficiency goals.
  • •Troubleshoot process-related issues, mold set-ups, and other technical duties for RHB equipment.
  • •Maintain Food Safety Program (GMP) compliance, complete required process paperwork, and coordinate equipment maintenance for mechanical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Verify quality of finished product using measurement/visual controls and properly react to problems.
  • •Follow and demonstrate proper safety procedures, including LOTO, and locate and understand machine safeties.
  • •Complete daily PM compliance with required paperwork and perform daily machine production requirements.
  • •Understand the RHB process by monitoring hopper loading, orientor/infeed rails, oven transfer, mold transfer, and transfer points/timing.
  • •3+ years of RHB processing (or other plastic processing), with ability to set up and adjust track work and downstream equipment.
