Key Responsibilities

•Analyze the end-to-end user transfer funnel to identify friction points, drop-off stages, and conversion bottlenecks and translate findings into product improvements.
•Extract insights to enhance acquisition, onboarding, and retention for customers executing large and complex transfers.
•Define KPIs to measure the long-term impact of product changes and set up continuous feedback loops for iteration.
•Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations/Servicing teams, and fellow Analysts to deliver high-impact initiatives.
•Advocate for the customer by challenging the status quo and helping elevate service levels for this customer cohort.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 10,916.67 - 14,250 monthly

Key Requirements

•Advanced SQL proficiency with experience working with complex datasets, writing optimized queries, and applying data validation to ensure accuracy.
•Strong product analytics expertise, including front-end event tracking and user behavior analysis (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
•Experience with data pipelines and analytics engineering, with dbt experience considered a strong plus.
•Ability to translate data into clear narratives and influence decisions using BI/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Superset.
•Proven stakeholder management skills to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Servicing.
