Job Summary

Support the GL team and GFS service delivery by maintaining daily financial and accounting processes, ensuring accurate, on-time monthly US GAAP financials. Contribute to month-end close using HFM for P&L and balance sheet reporting, perform reconciliations (banks, AP/AR, journals), and prepare variance analysis. Deliver cost center reporting for SG&A and COGS and analyze business performance across bookings, sales, and backlog while driving continuous improvement through automation and standardization.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide financial business partnering support and deliver accurate, timely financial information aligned to GFS service levels.
•Support month-end close and financial reporting in HFM for P&L, balance sheet, working capital metrics, headcount, and related requirements.
•Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual variance analysis for P&L and balance sheet financial statements.
•Perform and review reconciliations (balance sheet/control accounts, bank reconciliations, AP/AR reviews, journal entries) and resolve reconciling items.
•Deliver cost center reporting for SG&A and COGS and drive continuous improvement via process automation, standardization, and KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

•University degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
•Proficiency in English.
•At least two years of experience in a large multinational organization.
•High attention to detail with a strong curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement.
