Work with AI leaders and architects to research, design, implement, and optimize machine learning and generative/agentic AI solutions across industries. Build and maintain Python-based applications for model development and deployment, develop data ingestion and transformation pipelines, and support training, validation, and fine-tuning. Collaborate with AI product managers to deliver impactful outcomes, analyze model performance, and deploy models into production with API integration.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in research, design, implementation, and optimization of machine learning and AI models.
•Collaborate with AI product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
•Develop and maintain Python-based applications for AI model development and deployment.
•Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines and explore/visualize data to identify patterns and insights.
•Train, validate, and fine-tune AI/ML models, analyze performance and errors, and deploy models into production with APIs for enterprise integration.

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in Python.
•Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and AI concepts.
•Familiarity with algorithms for classification, clustering, and predictive modeling.
•Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation strategies.
•Ability to visualize and manipulate large datasets; SQL is a plus.
