Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Serve as the key day-to-day client interface for a large-scale data center program, delivering cost management services with a strong focus on change management, cost control, and commercial governance. Lead change control across multiple projects, evaluate and negotiate change orders, maintain cost tracking tools, and provide detailed cost analysis to support client decisions. Partner with design and general contractor teams, reconcile contractor data, report monthly cost impacts, and support dispute avoidance and closeout.
