Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of 5+ IT engineers, transitioning IT from startup-era to an automated, enterprise-ready organization.
  • •Own helpdesk operations by establishing response SLAs, tracking employee satisfaction, and formalizing on-call and incident response processes.
  • •Architect and implement zero-touch automation for onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access changes via HRIS, MDM, and IAM integrations.
  • •Set up SaaS management and procurement processes to eliminate shadow IT, automate access workflows, optimize vendor spend per employee, and improve visibility into tools and budgets.
  • •Manage corporate IT infrastructure, including hardware logistics, global device lifecycles, software license consolidation, and the overall corporate IT budget.
